FAQ - CONNEXION ET INSCRIPTION
INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION, THE NEWSLETTER AND HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD.
To log in, you must first register by creating anew user account. You can then log in to our online store at any time using your email address and password.
Either you are new to MY COFFEE CUP and have not yet registered, or you are subscribed to our newsletter but not yet in the store.
To be able to log in, please create anew user account enabled.
No problem - just click onForgot your passwordin the registration box and enter the email address with which you registered in our online store.
We will then send you a link by email with which you can reset your password and assign a new password.
You may have entered a different email address when resetting and when registering. In order to request a new password, the email address provided must match that of your user account.
If you are sure you have used the correct email address, please check your spam folder. If you can't find the email there either, make sure there is space left in your mailbox. To free up memory, you can delete old emails.
If all of this doesn't help, you probably aren't even registered yet. In this case, please create a new user account to be able to log in.
