We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom and France. In our online store you can select the store in your country before placing your order. If you would like to order our capsules outside of the specified countries, please contact us via ourcontact form and we will find a solution for you.

Our order processes are automated so that you receive your goods as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. An order is therefore currently only possible via our online store.

There is no minimum order quantity in our online store.

There is no minimum order quantity in our online store. Shipping costs are 5.90 CHF. There are no shipping costs for orders over 45 CHF.

Yes, you can enter a delivery address of your choice during the ordering process.

If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, you can return unopened goods to us free of charge within 14 days. Simply send a request via our contact form.

After receiving the goods, you will immediately receive your refund or replacement delivery. We recommend using the original package to send the return.
