That's why we bring this bulbous and warm plant from Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Peru, Tanzania or Vietnam into your cup. However, it is not clear where it came from. Nor with lemongrass. Ours comes from Egypt and Paraguay. Its taste is lemony. And yet, it belongs to the sweetgrass family. Lemongrass grows best in a warm, humid climate. Lots of sun, sandy soil. Then it feels good.
