Surprise your loved one with a homemade coffee granita? A perfect dessert that is sure to spark enthusiasm!

Preparation time

For 2 people


  • 1/2 tablespoon of cane sugar
  • 1/2 l of hot coffee
  • 50 g of cream
  • 1/2 lemon (grated)
  • Coffee beans, biscuits and optional cocoa powder to decorate


Step 1

Mix the cane sugar with the coffee.

Step 2

Add the cream and lemon zest.

Step 3

Place a flat mold with the mixed ingredients in the freezer and wait until the coffee granita is frozen.

Step 4

Pour the granita into glasses and enhance it as desired with coffee beans, biscuits or cocoa powder.

Step 5

Have a good tasting.
