Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1/2 tablespoon of cane sugar
  • 1/2 pinch of salt
  • 27 g of butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 egg

For the garnish:

  • 85 g of vanilla cream
  • 285 ml whipped cream
  • pulp of half a vanilla pod
  • 15 g of vanilla sugar

For the icing:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Espresso

Preparation

Step 1

Crush the blackberries and pour them into the jar.

Step 2

Add the ice cubes.

Step 3

Crush the raspberries and pour them into the glass.

Step 4

Fill with Very Berry tea.

Step 5

Enjoy cold.
