Coffee Bliss Balls give you that extra boost that accompanies you at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • Prepare 2-3 tablespoons of Fortissimo espresso.
  • 100 g dates, pitted
  • 80 g of almond flour, hazelnut flour, coconut flour or similar.
  • a pinch of salt
  • 70 g of nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • coconut flakes for decoration (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Soak the dates in hot water for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2

Then mix the flour, cocoa and salt in a salad bowl.

Step 3

Now drain the dates and add them to the dry mass with the wet ingredients (espresso and vanilla extract). Mix everything in a food processor or high-performance blender to make a paste. (Optional, chop the dates with a knife and mix them with the rest of the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous paste).

Step 4

Chop the nuts a little smaller and knead them into the dough with your hands.

Step 5

Roll the dough into small balls of equal size and then roll them in the coconut flakes.

Step 6

Place the Bliss Balls on a flat plate and keep them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
