Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 70 g butter
  • 0.5 cc of salt
  • 150 ml of milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the flour, sugar, Bach powder and salt in a salad bowl. Then add the butter and knead the dough by hand until you obtain a lumpy mass. Then add milk, letting the dough soften quickly without kneading it.

Step 2

To finish, roll out the dough into a dough 2 cm high and cut out about 16 scones.

Step 3

You can now place the scones on your baking tray, brush them with milk and put them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes (200 degrees). Tip: scones are best fresh!
