A balanced blend of high-quality organic coffees from Colombia, Honduras and East Africa for preparation in coffee form long with a fine crema.
The high proportion of aromatic coffee from the Ethiopian Highlands, in particular, makes each cup of our Lungo Crema a moment of pleasure.
This aromatic character is emphasized by a lighter roast .
Harmonious blend of organic coffee cherries
The organic coffee cherries in our Lungo Caffè Crema are grown in Ethiopia, Colombia and Tanzania.
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. According to legend, more than a thousand years ago, ingenious goatherds discovered the beneficial and invigorating effects of Arabica beans with their incomparable aromas.
The exotic aromas of the coffee cherry are therefore found pure in the cup of coffee: a strong base sweetness, flanked by lively fruit aromas and an acidity often present,
more nuanced than South American varieties and less complex than an Asian blend.
Organic coffee cherries from Tanzania complete the blend of "Lungo Caffè Crema".
The organic coffee beans used here grow in the Kagera region, near the famous Lake Victoria.
Influenced by the fragrance and its full aroma, the coffee is distinguished by its unusually sweet taste and a nice touch of hazelnut.
These organic Robusta coffee cherries are carefully selected by hand and dried naturally in the sun on straw mats.
This guarantees excellent quality for the export of grains throughout the world.
